Denmark · Therma Blue
A proposed integrated platform bringing broodstock, hatchery, grow-out, water treatment, processing and distribution onto one controlled Danish site. Its industrial-symbiosis thesis combines renewable-power adjacency with industrial heat utilisation.
First-of-a-kind European integration: individual components are established, but full-scale permits, contracts, technical validation and bankability remain to be demonstrated.
Greece · Operating platform
Partner with licensed, cash-generating aquaculture operators and improve performance through governance, genetics, feed strategy, digital biomass control, processing, product development and carefully selected land-based systems.
Licences, environmental history, biomass reconciliation, market economics, management depth and V5 control rights are non-negotiable diligence gates.
Oman · Advanced aquaculture
Oman offers strategic geography, national aquaculture momentum and proximity to GCC customers. The proposed first asset is a commercial-scale land-based greater amberjack platform with controlled juvenile supply, RAS grow-out, harvest, processing and cold chain.
The project advances only after the thermal profile, power, water, cooling, discharge, juvenile supply, operator readiness, customer evidence and financing architecture have been independently challenged.
