V5 Verde Equity ApS (CVR 40039848) is registered with the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet) as a manager of alternative investment funds. V5 acts as delegated investment manager and administrator of V5 Food & AgBio Fund I K/S and exercises investment discretion within the Fund documentation. Registration is not equivalent to full AIFM authorisation or ongoing prudential supervision by Finanstilsynet.

Project and track-record statements

Project references may reflect participation by individual V5 professionals rather than ownership or sponsorship by V5. Roles, dates, scope and outcomes should be independently confirmed. Illustrations and concept renderings do not represent completed construction unless expressly stated.

Sustainability claims

V5's Sustainable Blue Economy alignment is a strategy and implementation position, not a legal product label, certification or third-party endorsement. It does not imply that V5 is a signatory to the UNEP FI Sustainable Blue Economy Finance Initiative, that an asset is ASC certified, or that a product meets SFDR Article 9 or EU Taxonomy requirements unless separately and expressly documented.

Environmental performance is evaluated using defined boundaries, baselines and measurement methods. V5 does not underwrite generic net-zero, zero-discharge, mortality, throughput or margin claims without asset-level evidence and, where appropriate, independent assurance.
